Refund policy

We guarantee all Amid Al Kuwait products purchased through our store or website will be up to premium satisfactory quality. However if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it within a 14 day period for exchange or a 7 day period for refund, of the purchase date.

Refunds will only be made in the event a manufacturing defect is found. Alternatively, if no manufacturing effect was found, refunds will be made in the form of Amid Al Kuwait gift card or credit voucher with a period of 2 month from the day of purchase.

Product must be returned in the original condition it was sold, unaltered, damaged and accompanied by the original packaging and sales receipt otherwise it will not be accepted for refunds.

Please note the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Items sold on sale or promotion.
  • Items already exchanged previously.
  • Underwear (Wezar, Boxer & Undershirt).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, credit card company or your bank . There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@amidalkuwait.com and send your item to head office in Dubai - UAE.
